	You can login as a member and check your orders from that page If you're not a member you can join by selecting the HOME dropdown and clicking on Member Signup. If going through the member area is not possible - then please email info @ Americas911foundation.org (remove the spaces)
Ride Questions:
	As this is a charity event there are no refunds. Email Lisa @ Americas911foundation.org (remove the spaces) with questions Yes we have breakdown crews that will pick you up if you break down. No they are not mechanics, we will do the best we can to get you back on the road or to a repair shop. Understand we are all VOLUNTEERS
	Want to Ride Up Front - Raise Sponsorship money and achieve the position just behind the escorts. Currently set at $1500.

College Scholarship Questions:
	Please don't ask for an extention, as this is now online we will turn off all access at that posted time. What is a First Responder: Someone who has arrest authority, someone who works on an ambulance or rescue vehicle helping others, Firefighters, Police, Sheriff's office, Game Warden, Border Partol, Park Rangers, or a dispatcher for any of the noted above. If you or your parent(s), one or both, is an active duty First Responder you are eligible. If your parent is retired or disabled you are not eligible. 'If' you have a financial need please follow the direction on how to process that information. This does not need to be filled out unless you have a true hardship If you need to change the college that you are going to, no problems, just update the application with the correct information Once you complete the application - you're done. There is no finial submit button. You will be able to update everything until the cut off date - once that passes the only thing you will be able to edit will be the college information.
